‘Boogie Monsters’ are committed to protecting the privacy of anyone using our site and the confidentiality of any information that you provide us with. The purpose of this statement is to set out how we use any personal information that we may obtain from you.


In general, you can visit our website without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself.

If, however, you use our site to request information from us you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details.

If you contact us, we will use the personal data you provided to answer your question, send you requested information or resolve your problem and will respond to the email address from which the contact came.

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we will send you occasional newsletters for when we have information such as upcoming concerts and events, competitions and band news.

You are able to unsubscribe from these emails if you wish to do so. There is an option to ‘unsubscribe’ at the footer of each of our emails. We use Mailchimp, a third party website, to manage our email lists and to send out email campaigns.

We do not sell on our mailing lists to other companies.

We may use information that you provide for assessment and analysis e.g. marketing, customer and product analysis, to enable us to review, develop and improve our services.

Personal data is not held offline. We will print first and last names only for event registration purposes, and any such documents will be transferred to the venue in a locked box, and destroyed after the event has finished.

We often take photos and videos at our events, to be used in our social media, on our website and for future marketing and promotion.

It is made clear on our ticket website that in purchasing a ticket for the event, you are happy for you and / or your child to be photographed, and for those images to be used as stated above.

We also display a sign at each event to flag up that photography / filming is taking place. We don’t use children’s names in photograph captions, unless parental permission is given.

Boogie Monsters will take all steps to ensure any images are used solely for the purposes they are intended.

If you see a photo of you or your child that you would like removed from our website / social media, please email us at enquiries@boogiemonsters.co.uk, and we will remove the image.

Facebook Pixels and Twitter tags are applied on our website to track conversions and direct relevant stories to our followers.

By having the pixels on our website we can track the conversions back to the ads we are running on Facebook or Twitter.
